2003 Expy Fuse questions
Morning folks - I’m not around my old girl to run through the manual and haven’t had much luck with the infamous google either. Need some rear brake line assistance.
I just went through this with my 2003. All of the lines were rusted to hell and back. Ended up buying a roll of brake line off Amazon and made mine. It’s simple to do honestly it’s Flaring the pipe that sucks! Easiest way to do it as far as cost goes would be to hit the junkyard...otherwise if...- Repo5280

Bleeder Screw specs
Nope - I was actually looking for the offset wrench when I posted this earlier and couldn’t remember the size of the screws off hand. Already ordered a full set of calipers rotors and pads for this northern monster, wanted the offset wrench to be able to open them up and bleed the new ones once...- Repo5280

Bleeder Screw specs
Morning folks - having a bit of a dilemma with my brakes. The rear on this 2003 5.4 4x4 were 10mm (I think) and the front are 3/8’s Can anyone confirm the “actual” size off hand? I need to order the offset wrench for the bleeder screws since they’ve snapped off at the caliper...- Repo5280

Brake lines -
The line that took a shit now is the right rear brake. Looks like it goes up and over the gas tank which should prove to be amusing to replace though I don’t think I’ll route it the same way but it’s a long one! Junk yard first to see if I can find the part but not putting much faith in that...- Repo5280
