Defective BCM
My 2019 that I purchased mid November 2019 started to open its back hatch on its own. Dealer found it was a bad Body Control Module and it’s been almost 3 weeks waiting for Ford to approve replacement and sending the part to the dealer. Is this the norm with Ford?
