    I would recommend the following; 9005: Vled microevolution Morimoto 2 stroke 2.0 GTR lighting ultra series 2 These are considered the “premium” led bulbs. make sure the orientation is always facing 9 &3 o’clock.

    Just hit 200k

    Congratulations! This generation were built like tanks, Honestly. Plus the drive train is extremely durable/reliable. I’ve seen 4.6/5.4 tritons run well over 500k miles with minimal issues. I had a 2002 Eddie Bauer, one of the best trucks I have ever owned.

    yes the lift helps clear bigger tires and provides ground clearance, it’s also aesthetically pleasing. (In my opinion) The k&N air filter adds about 100 horsepower to the truck.

    The theft light is very dim and not very noticeable on the instrument cluster. This is not a car alarm, it’s the transponder key system. Anti theft.

    New 2019 XLT

    Led headlight bulbs will be hit-or-miss. I’ve tried the morimoto 2 stoke which is thought to be the best led bulb on the market. However the light scatter and dark spots were very annoying. Perhaps a good quality hid kit would work better in the OEM projectors.

    It’s very difficult with these new audio systems since most of them are tied into the BCM. This includes speakers amp ect. I’m sure it can be done. Might require a lot more work tho.

    Purchased this vehicle in the summer time. Currently has about 3500 miles. mods: ReadyLIFT 3/2 295/70R18 nitto terra grappler G2 tires Raptor wheel center caps OEM chrome tow hooks. K&N drop-in air-filter. Will post pics soon.
