    Manually. I took the fuel rail off, then I had my wife turn the key to the on position a few times to prime the line, no start of course, and monitored the injector for leaks. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    It acts as if it's going to start but doesn't after 2 sec, continues to crank for another 5 sec or so then starts up. Thick White smoke comes out exhaust for about 5 seconds then clears up. Idle then comes down to normal. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    Cold start only. Overnight here in Colorado avg teens to 20s, yes expy is outside not in garage, it has to start for a good while before it turns over. But no problem all day after the initial start for the day. I have checked for leaky injector, changed spark plugs, and replaced MAF sensor...

    What do I do with the extra 2 outside wires of the replacement harness. It's only a 4 pin plug but I was sent a harness with 6 green wires. It's the correct replacement part but I'm not sure why they have 6. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    And to prevent mix up with my original post the shift had nothing to do with it. This was the computer relearning my habits. There was some recall on the transmission so when I took it in they deleted the adaptive memory and flashed the computer..... but they didn't do the initial learn...

    I've had the really bad grinding in my last expy and these weren't as noisy, more of a mild random vibration. But on that one it was the check valve so when I changed everything except the actuators I knew that had to be it. So im thinking I caught them right before they went out and got bad...

    I went with the replacement not the delete. Forgot to add that.. It was odd that it would only happen then, or when we're having really cold days. Im on day 3 no noise. I've played around with the old ones and I've found that I should've had someone spinning the tire while I did the vacuum...

    I have not. I haven't yet because it held vacuum during the hand pump test. Held 20lb of vacuum for 20 min. But I guess going over bumps or under load it randomly loses its seal. Going to hopefully get them done this weekend. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    Okay lol. Back to it. Started doing it again New solenoid, new check valve, new lines. Did a drive test with the guage hooked directly to the iwe vacuum and no loss of vacuum while driving or under load. The IWE at the hub held vacuum while parked. No way to check it while driving and I...

    Update. I installed a new motorcraft check valve and the grinding went away.... for a whole. As soon as the temp dropped I noticed it again but not near as much. Has anyone tried putting a second check valve in the hose assemble coming from the brake booster. Or could this cause problems...
