Key off to power off delay.

Nort I can open both doors and it still stays on , I even sprayed the lock mechanic with WD and opened and closed a few times. Do you happen to know what fuse or relay so I can test?- Bigfish708

2004 XLT. After being dead for several weeks the locks are not working. Only manually
Truck sat for.several months, it was dead, bought a new battery and the locks won't work and I can't open the back hatch glass. I don't have a key for so I ordered one but I can't even the the car into program mode.- Bigfish708
