Any abnormal running condition or just the codes set? If no running issue clear codes and drive see if reset. Possibly could’ve set from all the excess fuel from before you repaired. Also use some carb cleaner with engine running and check for vacuum leak.- 03Red_EddieBauer

Rear wheel camber issue. Possibly worn control arm bushings??
If the bushings are that worn they (the alignment shop) should’ve seen and said something. Did you get a copy of your alignment specs? If so are all 4 corners in spec? Also, FYI Firestone offers free alignment checks (at least here in Tennessee). You can always take and have them check it.- 03Red_EddieBauer

Instrument cluster ID
You can always take your VIN and go to fordpartsgiant.com and get the OE part #. Keep in my though manufactures change part numbers repeatedly.- 03Red_EddieBauer

Problem isolated.. Issue is instrument cluster not powering relay (power goes from cluster to accessory relay) In return, I traced down to the battery saver relay. It is part of the CJB (central junction box). You have to unsolder it and install new and resolder. Have relay on order will...- 03Red_EddieBauer

Removed cluster assembly and inspected. No burnt spots seen and all connection were tight.. however, since I’ve put back together I am no longer having any issues...coincidence??? We shall see. If you have experienced the same let me know....- 03Red_EddieBauer

Appears likely is related to the cluster... I say this due to if I press the reset switch hard enough radio powers on then the windows work, sunroof, rear vent windows open etc... Anyone experience this prior? Possibly bad connection will remove this weekend. Just curious if others have had...- 03Red_EddieBauer

Hello all! I have a 2003 Expedition that recently started experiencing electrical issues. Sometimes the radio, power window, sunroof and other items will not work.
