    Help with diagnosing wire

    check for power in the wire. If no power it is probably the ground wire that lets it know the keys in the ignition and to chime when the drivers door is open. If you ground it, with the door open and it chimes, Im right. If not, Im not.

    Interested in knowing what the antenna issue is? I have whistling noise, AM only and only on one predominant station. The dealer has no idea what it is. I read about the same issue in Ford Flex vehicles though and it was a bracket replacement I believe

    I had the same problem with 5 error messages. Ended up being a pinched wire in the main harness connection at the firewall. Took the dealer 9 days of driving till the fault appeared while the tech was driving it.

    Got it back today! They found a broken wire where it was crimped onto the pin in the firewall harness connection. Hopefully that’s it and I can enjoy it again. Kudos to the tech who kept at it and found the issue

    7 days at the Dealer today, no diagnosis yet! They were able to recreate issue on Saturday but tech used wrong scan tool and reset it again without a diagnosis!?
