*** update *** I'm going through a nasty divorce, however I plan to finish the expedition very soon... it has the 4" hot and cold aluminum intercooler piping finish. The duel 3" dual exhaust is also complete. Next week the expedition will be heading back to a new shop for final completion...- Hd Steve

A few more 20an&16an fittings to completely rid the expedition of clamp on radiator hoses... also needed a inline thermostat; I'm going with 160deg. Autoplum fittings will be used on radiator and block locations.- Hd Steve

MMR 3v head coolant crossover! I only plan to use the actual fittings to replace the coolant plugs on the back of the head's. I will allow the super hot coolant coming from the fittings will be funneled into the coolant lines leading into the heater core.- Hd Steve

Ya the door is wrecked... the shop has already got a replacement door that they plan to paint. However I'm not sure how they will blend the old faded paint with the new paint on the door... man wth?- Hd Steve

These are the 4" couplers I ended up using on the intercooler piping. This Friday I will be picking up the expedition with a true 3" duel exhaust. This thing is so close to being finished I'm dreaming about it... I'll update with pics of the new exhaust when I pick it up- Hd Steve

Thank you for your input Jeff! My decision in building the 5.4 3v was more of a progression. I'm also grateful of your opinions on my built motor. The single exhaust valve will surely hinder some flow. As much research as I did, I never read about people having crank bearing issues. I do...- Hd Steve

Those mentioned upgrades will help spool the turbos quicker. Should also help lower the iat. As for your transmission: the 10r80 is awesome. But that's not without saying it will not hold up long to 700whp and a 3ton suv... I'm having PBH build me a billet transmission now. "Midnight...- Hd Steve

Only need to add this air straightener and maf sensor to the intercooler piping. The reducer was used to add a hd coupler onto the Sc/ piping connection.- Hd Steve

I had a coworker that ran the 700+ 5star tune on his f150. It's absolutely crazy that that power can be unlocked with a tune. However at that power level my buddy's 10r80 was starting to slip on long pulls. I'm sure the expedition with It's extra weight will have similar issues...- Hd Steve

That's super cool! The new stealth is really nice. Plus you have the 10speed transmission. The 3.5 ecoboost is a potent motor. How will you guys turn up the power? Just a tune, or supporting mods also?- Hd Steve
