    Bilstein 5100 Lift Install

A few with a more straight on view. I love the look but do think it would look even better with a small 0.25-0.50" spacer. Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

275/60/20s installed on my Bilstein Lifted Expy with stock Limited wheels. My Bilsteins are adjusted to +1.6" lift in the front and +1.1" in the rear. No issues with this tire size at all. Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

Here is pic of my Bilstein lifted Expy vs my mom's stock ride height King Ranch. You can see the wheel well gap difference. Mine is still on stock tire size of 275/55/20. Will be going up this week. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    Who is running wheel spacers?

Thank you!! Quick clarifying question, what size spacer did you have to use to fit the F150 wheel on the expedition axel without trimming? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

On 0.25" spacers wouldnt you have to grind down the existing wheel stud bolts down to 0.25"? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    Who is running wheel spacers?

I just finished my Bilstein 5100 lift. I will be keeping my stock 20x9 Limited wheels but will be adding a 275/60/20 tires. These tires are taller but NOT any wider than stock. With that said, I am thinking about adding a 1.25" spacer to put my wheels/tires right at flush with the fender...

    Bilstein adjustability once installed

I had a mobile mechanic come to my house and take off and adjust the struts. His press wasnt working correctly so he went to AutoZone and snagged a new one. Not sure what exactly it was but he said basically any autostore sells what is needed. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    Bilstein 5100 Lift Install

Hard to tell much from this picture (only one I have at the moment) but you can tell it's more level and there is additional clearance in the wheel wells vs stock. I will post additional pics when I get the tires on. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    Bilstein 5100 Lift Install

I installed my Bilsteins yesterday. I went with the top setting on the front (+1.6") and the 2nd to top setting on the back (+1.1"). This gave me a net lift in the front of 0.5" which exactly what I needed to get it leveled. I am measuring level from the top of my tire to the bottom of the...

    295/55/20 Tire?

Anyone running a 295/55/20 tire? Would be about 32.8 inches tall but give me an additional 0.8" of width. Id be running these on my stock limited wheels but with about a 1-1.5 inch lift through my bilsteins. Any thoughts on this setup? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    Bilstein 5100 Lift Install

Looks good! Just to confirm, did you do the highest setting on both the front and the rear (+1.6" in the front and +1.5" in the rear?). I am doing mine today and going to do 1.6 in the front and 0.7" in the rear which I THINK should get it level. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    Bilstein adjustability once installed

Guys, once the bilstein 5100s are on the truck, how easy is it to change ride height? Do the struts have to be removed and put into a press? Or, can the truck be lifted on a rack and the clips easily moved to different ride-height levels? The reason I ask is because I have mine currently...

    Bilstein 5100 Lift Install

I've got the Expy Bilstein 5100s current set at stock ride height. The fronts can be adjusted in 0.8" increments. The backs can be adjusted in 0.4" increments. I am about to get very slightly larger tires (285/55/20 vs stock 275/55/20) and while doing tires I am thinking about adjusting the...

    Bilstein 5100 Lift Install

I went to a local shop, front and rears cost me $610 ish with alignment and before tax. Believe it was around 4.5 hrs. Other places quoted me for 6-7 hours, or $700+.
