3rd-gen: The el-cheapo eBay front-only 1.5" lift? Has anyone done it?
A 3/2 lift might be too much for my short wife - and I'm ok with that. I'm trying to keep the budget down - and only messing with the fronts should be half the price (right?). Why leveling kits...
...when my Expedition is already level? 2008 XLT 4x4 - just measured wheelwell opening heights - and it's 34.5" front and MAYBE 34.75" rear. Surely that's not tall enough that there's already a leveling kit on it already? How do I go about getting (keeping) it level and also adding another...- Matt Conti

Best way to create flat/level floor with no gaps?
Just got a 2008 - and length/width are fine, but the folded flat 2nd row is still about 1.5” taller than the back 2/3 of the cargo area - and they don’t have the folding flaps like my 2000 that created a flat surface. About to buy a 2008, what else to look/listen for?
I drove it yesterday, and it ran pretty good for 173k miles...no hesitation/stumble. Started it up cold, no rattling and no ticking, no creaking or groaning (not me, the truck).
