    Removing water pump

    I ended up using the special tool to hold the bolts (4 of them) and a plumbers wrench for the removal of the fan. Wasn't easy but eventually done. nice 5kg hammer is also good to have. I did use PB blaster for around two days (two to three times a day) Hope that helps.

    Sounds like a pretty solid plan. I would also have someone who specializes in frame work (not unheard of) and have him validate the work for a small fee, that would be YOUR safety slip. I did similar when had to cut my whole front end, and welded new steel back on. Good luck.

    You can always get a set of keys with transponders and remotes from Ebay (they come pretty fast and look great) Amazon might be an option too. You can bring those and your metal key (assuming it works in the ignition as well) to any locksmith store and for around $12 they will cut it for you...
