Full suspension lift kit
After using all of my google foo, I have come to the conclusion that no one makes one anymore. There was a company that made a kit back in the 2nd gen days. But it looks like they no longer offer it.- WingedRider

2” or 2.5” front lift
The Stock 2nd gen expedition wheels are 17x7.5”, +44mm offset, the wheels that i have are 17X8.5, +25mm offset. my wheels stick out about 1.25" more than the stock wheels do (.75" due to offset and .50" due to rim width = 1.25"). I think you could mount those tires on the stock rim...- WingedRider

Lift is from Spindle source. The tire size is 285 75 17 that is not a typo the "75" is available from some tire manufacturers, these are BFG KO2's- WingedRider

Wheels and tires
2005 2wd, 2.5"front, 1.5" rear, tires are 285 75r17, wheels are 17x8.5 with +25mm offset.- WingedRider

Cruise Will not Work
I had this issue, on my 2005. Finally found that if the taillights in the third light are burned out (most of mine were burned out) that the cruise control will not work. I replaced all of the little bulbs in there and that fixed the cruise control for me. I hope this helps someone because it...- WingedRider
