I received a $250 gift card this past weekend. And I have a 2020 with almost 14k miles. I have had no warranty work done, except for a few things when I first got it. Like 1 ac vent was broke and a messed up place in the leather on the back of a seat. Who knows the rhyme or reason.
There's more than that available. Some of it you will adapt F150 stuff over. First and always biggest improvement for the least money is tuning. There are intercoolers, cac pipes, boost tubes, catch cans, cai's, exhaust systems, spark plugs, etc.
I found what I thought was the fake engine noise in Forscan and disabled it. It sounds exactly the same. So I believe that it doesn't exist in our Expedition.
You could pull a spark plug and check out how they are wearing. Or just preemptively change them. That's what I did. I think mine idles nicer and doesn't have the hesitation and seems to run in a lower RPM a little, I did a closer gap since I'm tuned.
Got mine in on Friday, $ 121.78 including shipping. Installed it this morning. It definitely adds some under hood appeal that it needs. I'm still on the fence about installing the catch can, CV Fab intercooler & pipes, AMS boost tubes I bought last black Friday.
Believe it or not, I do. I'm tuned, I had like a spot with a shudder hesitation feeling. Now that is gone, and it definitely seems more responsive to my foot. But it could be placebo. Now to see if my mpg does anything.
That should be expected to to happen. Any sunscreen or cologne / perfume has solvents in them to aid in drying and or delivery. Kind of like you put nail polish, lacquer thinner, paint thinner on it, it will cook up the finish. I own a automotive paint store and well see this time to time. The...
The oil clearances in modern engines are super tight. Heavier oil will have a hard time getting where it needs to be, staying there, providing the lubrication and cooling properties vs a 30 weight. At cold startup, that oil is going play hell with the cam phasers, at operating temp not as much...
What made you decide to use such a thick oil? Not all 3.5 Ecoboost engines are internally the same. That weight might take longer to build oil pressure, that's thicker than the recommended weight for a 6.7 Powerstroke. Maybe racing and operating in a high RPM will be a good oil choice.

My guess is that it's in the programming / tuning. The software on the computer not the actual hardware. I tuned mine in the first few weeks cause I was worried about the cam phasers, I figured it can't be any worse than OEM, and sometimes things are handled in the aftermarket the oems ignore.
I would suggest doing an oil analysis with each oil change. I just collected my 2nd to send off. I'm now at 10k miles, 03/2020 build date. You will then be able to see the trends of internal wear and break in metals and other things in your engine. It's good piece of mind,
