Change plugs, boots, coolant, Trans and different fluids. Brake fluid is also a good idea.. Crank case clean sounds like bs and you can't prove if it was actually done. You should have to clean the crankcase unless something catastrophic went wrong
If it only leaks while running, first thing I would check are the cooler lines.
As for the lug nuts, I have one of these that makes quick work of lug nuts, crank pulley bolts, and any bolt with a death wish...
0 psi cylinder and scored/beat up cylinder walls, it sounds like it dropped a valve, which requires a new engine. Buy a boroscope and have a look for yourself, it's a small price for peace of mind. They even have ones that plug into your phone
Parking brake and the transmission park both lock the rear wheels. If you have a limited slip rear, then the park brake won't make any difference. If you have 4wd, the transmission will lock up the front (at least one) if you park it with 4wd engaged.
That's plausible. There is an electronic solenoid in there that gets power through the brake pedal switch, if it gets stuck again check if the brake lights are working,
If I had to guess, your front tires have less grip than the rears, causing more slip and the tc to interfere more often... or in an unusual situation someone has replaced the front or rear diff with the wrong ratio without changing the other, causing binding and slip in 4wd... my money would be...
I just opened mine up to replace the speakers. I haven't seen an oem speaker this shitty since the 80s. It's an inverted magnet design and it weighs as much as a roll of toilet paper. I think they brought in the audio guys in on the last week of the design phase. Couldn't make my cheap infinitys...
I wanted to upgrade the audio in my 07 eddie bauer. I have a 5ch infinity amp I will be connecting to the factory head unit. I wanted to replace the front speakers because they sound mediocre at best. I found 6x9 infinity components (with separate tweeter) for 80 bucks. I figured I would just...
Does your rear wiper and rear defrost work? Could be unplugged or damaged wiring from all the years of opening and closing the hatch. I doubt there is a separate fuse for 3rd lamp but check owner's manual to be sure, that's the only place fuses are listed.
For OP:
Spin your pulleys to make sure they are smooth and replace noisy ones. Inspect your heater hoses. Check the metal heater pipe in the valley for rust. Check water pump weep hole for signs of leaks. Knock sensors should be fine. If everything looks good, clean it up and slap new gaskets on it.
