    Front Differential Making Noise

    Resolution - I took my Expy to a local auto service shop and they tracked the noise to the left front hub assembly - wheel bearing. Nothing wrong with the diff. Total cost to remove/replace $550.

    I agree - it may be as simple as changing the diff fluid. I'm NOT convinced the diff is bad...heck...I drive in 2H 99.99% of the time. 4H has been turned on a few times in heavy snow for a few minutes. Period. So it cannot be worn out.

    The pigtail connection to the liftgate window disconnected. It looks like a metal-to-metal join which precludes most, if not all, adhesives as an electrical current must pass. Is there an electrically conductive adhesive out there that I buy for this small job?

    Can I, should I, clean the engine?

    Mine is a 2011 Expy with 185k miles. Still running strong. The engine, engine space and everything in there are quite dirty. Is it recommended, or even possible, to clean everything without potentially damaging the electrical conduits/wiring? How would you do it?
