    I find the stock mirrors when slightly adjusted helps even with a 31 ft trailer. I also use a trailer back up cam so I can see the rear and sides and wouldn't need an aftermarket solution anyway.

    I got this checked out as well and I've noticed this on more humid days. Local Ford also said it's normal but would do something about it if the condensation is heavy enough to bead down - only then would it be a warrantable claim.

    I am an Andersen WDH convert and love it. No more squeaks and rear axle hopping over bumps. Much more lighter and easier to set up (reduced payload #s). Got it dialed in correctly and it tows great.

    No noticeable improvement with a tune. Really depends on what you're towing and the aerodynamics of the unit, environment and altitudes. Horrible MPG around where I live (hills, mountains, elevation) when towing.

    Early on owning mine, I went to two Ford dealerships to complain about the condensation that occurs in the tail lights. Apparently they won't cover it unless the water is beading down inside the housing. So if you actually have water in it, it should be a good enough reason for warranty repair.

    Yes it will be tricky since there is very little space to work around. I suggest lacing some glue on one side; slide it in and then bring the other piece together. I held mine in place with a ton of elastic bands while it cured. I used a generic gummy type superglue that did not instantly dry.

    My second row passenger seat belt buckle cover also got loose (there is little freedom of movement for the second row) and the cover parted when moved side to side. I ended up glueing them back together has been fine since.

    Most insurance policies have a key policy by the way. Just saying if you lose the one you have you might have coverage to replace and reprogram a new one.

    I’d check with your insurance as you might have some sort of coverage involving towing it back to your home… as well as covering for your recent road side service.

    Sound still comes out of the center speaker no matter if you choose surround or stereo. Stereo sounds louder and better IMO.

    Your SCT BDX might be faulty. There is a micro usb port for the BDX. Have you tried powering it on with a computer and updating it? Edit: Just realized you're getting 0v on pin 16... so your BDX is probably fine.
