mystery transmission issue
This is the exact thing that happened on my Explorer. One dealer kept telling me nothing was wrong, another immediately diagnosed it as the torque converter and replaced it free of charge. He stated it was a known issue.- Joel Schroeder

Towing mpg
I'm towing a 3,xxx lb Jayco in the mountains of NM. Last trip I got around 11-12 MPG. Granted it was pretty windy on that trip.- Joel Schroeder

2020 running lights
I didn't notice this when I bought my 2020 XLT, but do the different trims have different headlights? I see some of the others on the road with the "C" shaped running lights on the outer edge. Mine doesn't have that. Is that something that can be changed out? TIA- Joel Schroeder
