    what kind of wheels are you upgrading to? i went from 275/65-18 to 275/55-20. no issue at all as long as you choose the wheel with correct offset.

    2019 Exp. Max HD tow. 1798 Lbs payload. Same "boat' when towing. We are 2 Adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. So a truck is not an option... :-( My hardest #s to meet are Payload 1798 and Rear Axle limit 4380.

    I have a 2019 XLT with the Active-X (heated and cooled), I had real leather (heated and cooled) in my previous Expy EL Eddie Bauer. And to be honest, I prefer the Active-X. It dosn't get as sticky as the leather and stays softer in the winter.

    I went from the stock Micheline tires 275*65 18" to Cooper XL load rating: 275*55 20" got new rims which sits a little bit further out and are 1" wider than stock rim. It made a huge improvement in stability, especially when I'm towing my Passport 2950 (about 6800-7000 Lbs loaded).

    I changed from stock Micheline Primacy to Cooper XL tires. I did not go with E load due to cost and weight of E tires compared to XL. I increased the rim with by 0.5" and went from 275/65-18 to 275/55-20, much better towing experience. Didn't see any measurable difference in fuel burn...
