Had a longer road trip today using wireless Android Auto. It added about 10% over a 2 hour ride. I use this case on my P6P. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0964GCFRY/ref=twister_B0964JVN31?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Only have 300 miles on her so no long distance towing but the first short 10 mile tow is a vast improvement over my old v6 Durango. So nice to have plenty of power whenever you need it.
Yes both showed shipped and now ordertrack shows delivered and Ford shows final prep. Only one window sticker from 5/26. I did have auto stop/start removed when I ordered in February.
Got the call my car made it to the dealer today. Of course I'm on vacation this week 3 hours away. Plan to pick it up Saturday or Monday. Ordered 2/16 was in production 5/27 and built 6/8 said it will be at the deal 6/30 to 7/6. Limited 4x4, HD tow, 302a silver sandstone interior.
Emailed my dealer today for a Limited HD tow, 302a ordered mid February and he is telling me production is scheduled for early to mid June. I haven't received any emails from Ford on that though.
What's this no new scheduling 4 weeks in a row now? I'm ok waiting but also want a new car. As the great Tom Petty said waiting is the hardest part. https://youtu.be/uMyCa35_mOg
If it stays in that 10-12 range which others have mentioned that's about what they get along with the much easier pulling I will be happy. The v6 Durgano does ok but I really have to watch the weight and it's a bit sluggish. Once I get it in who knows how long I'll report back.
Can't wait till my Limited with hd towing gets in. A 120 more hp and 200 ft lb of torque than my 14 Durango is going to make a big difference towing a 22 ft about 4500 lbs loaded boat. Normally get about 10-12 in the Durango.
