Air blowing at random speeds
My replaced Blower Resistor was BAD. The DORMAN 973-399 is a great solution with beefy 10ga wire connector included. The GOOD Blower Resistor for "Electronic Manual Climate Control" fixed the issue straight away.- sthomp99

2007 Ford Expedition EL SLT Climate Control Blower Speed Issues
There are several of these threads. I am experience similar trouble with 2016 XL, "Electronic Manual Temp Control". Blower powered with ignition ON (HVAC: Off), Relays Good, Blower "Resistor" Good. Ford Expedition 2017 PWM Speed control or resistor control?
I am having the same trouble, 2016. The control module CCM25 controls the blower speed via PWM. The signal I believe is a square wave, 0 - 5 v, slow being wide 5v spikes, medium halftime 0v or 5v... I haven't sourced replacement module, $200+, salvage yard next. Works HIGH all time bypassing...- sthomp99
