    I agree with the front driver side fan making some type of noise - either some type of rattle or paper flapping in the ducting. This occurs all the time but becomes increasing louder with a fan setting of 4 or greater.

    Anyone know how or where I can get this piece?

    The first question is how often does that connector need to be disconnected. If the answer is rare to never then I would suggest a zip tie. This is a part that appears to be under the carriage and out of sight, so the fix doesn't need to be pretty. But, that's just me.

    I'm in the same situation. I expect that the x-plan price at the time I ordered would be reduced by the removed sticker amount. The vehicle I will be receiving is 'less' than what I ordered. So, I do expect a price reduction for what was removed.
