It takes some work with the EQ but it can be improved. The mid tones are muddy unless you crank it up and need to adjust the bass depending on music genre.
We‘ve had our Timberline for 2 months now, 3500 miles including 700+ to Destin and back last week.
Literally zero issues. No freezes, no restarts, zero issue with CarPlay.
I’ve gotten used to the A/C controls, I’d still prefer buttons but got some muscle memory now and its not distracting to...
We've had our Timberline with it for a month. Its grown on me and at this point I like it. Apple Carplay in particular makes it worth it. I think the biggest issue is the limited voice commands as opposed to the screen.
I will say if you aren't comfortable with technology and touch screens its...
Its VERY dependent on the lighting. When you are inside it always feels almost black. It is two-toned, so the dash and the leather on the tops of the doors and the steering wheel are not green. It really only gets the intense greenish hue in direct light when the doors are open. Kind of...
Two week update:
Enjoying the ride quality and engine. Just great for highway passing and getting up to speed. Good turning radius for the size. Seats are very comfortable.
Zero issues with the Sync4A system working. No reboots, no disconnect issues with wireless apple car play. Easy to switch...

I can confirm my Timberline has HD Tow and 360 camera, as well as physical start/stop under the 15.5" screen. I guess I'll have to check if Park Assist is on there, I don't really need it.
$215 from Weathertech directly, shipped in a day. I think what I have is the one piece 2nd/3rd row as shown on the website. They shipped in a large box so weren't all folded up and I was pleased with how flat they laid right away.
Goodyear vs BFG K02 tread patttern since its been discussed on here. I'm really interested to see how tall and wide you can go with the stock lift. At a minimum I think you could go 285/65 or 275/70. 34/12.5's would look a lot better but I doubt would fit.
it’s really nice, can feel the added torque vs my Tundra 5.7 - effortless passing on the highway which was essential for this buy. Haven’t really floored it yet as I wanted some break in period.
As you said, very different beast from the Pilot, I got this for true off-road trails in Colorado...
