    Just picked up a 2020 Limited. When we got to the dealership, the driver-side board wouldn't retract. They determined that the motor needed replacement.     Is there a way to tell by looking at the window sticker if a 4wd has only 4A or includes 4Hi and 4Lo? What determines the availability of the option? TIA.

    Looking at buying a 2020 that according to the window sticker was built in late October/early November 2019. The Carfax shows that 2 TSB's have been documented. Should I be concerned with buying this? It's an off-Lease with approx. 22k miles.
