Took my 2021 42,000 miles in to dealer for harsh upshift present on 1-3, 3-5. They removed and disassembled and reassembled valve body, no change. Then they replaced CDF cylinder, said it was resolved. Still has harsh upshifts? Any advice?
Picked up the Expedition from the dealer today. The problem with the all the warning lights staying on and all the alerts was, the connector to the ABS Module improperly seated. Clipped it in and called it fixed. The only work down under the hood sense new, was the replacement of the battery...
Latest. update on the warning lights staying on all the time. Dealer said it was a lose connection on a ABS sensor on one of the wheels. I'll be surprised if that the fix. Picking it up today after 3 weeks at the dealer, again. Keep you posted on the results.
First is was the Engine fire recall, 59 days, AC/Heater fan, could not figure out how to fix 26 days, now all the warning lights are on, no idea what's wrong 10 days so far
I have a 2021 with 24,000 miles 18 months old. Been with Ford Dealer 0ver 90 days. And now they have it again. Anyone have any experience having their Expedition replaced under CA Lemon Law?
There are no codes, only alerts on Ford Pass. Battery checks out. The truck started doing this after the Battery Box was replaced due to the fire recall. Now the lights are on all the time. Can't get a service appointment till 12/9
2021 Front AC/Heater fan stops blowing after about 30 minutes , rear fan still blows cold air. Any ideas. Local dealers have a two month wait for an appointment for there AC department.
If you haven't received your $500. gift card for the Expedition Fire Recall yet. Call this # 800 759-9610, this is the direct line to the company sending out the cards for Ford. Mine was "lost in the mail" and they are sending out a replacement.
I was provided the Yukon because all of Enterprise's Expeditions have also been been recalled and are just sitting on the lot. Maybe it helped I have had a 20+ year relation with my local service department?
My local dealer picked up my 2021 on August 1st to install the new part to fix the chance of engine fire. Still driving the Yukon they provided back in earlier June. Ford also sent me a $500.00 debit card for my trouble.
I just picked up a 2021 Yukon from Enterprize for a long term rental. Arranged by my local dealer for a replacement for my 21 recalled due to engine fire Which is now sitting in my driveway with the battery discounted by a remote Ford mechanic. Rental is good for at least till the end of July.
