I got a call from the one dealership that said that Ford rejected the claim at the beginning of January. They said that if you had paid to have the damage repaired that they would try to submit the cost to Ford to try to reimburse you.- mwalden

I dont have a warranty claim number yet. The dealer has agreed to make the repair but I have not scheduled the work yet. Once i do I will post any information they give me.- mwalden

I have a 2022 Expedition Platinum and had the same issue twice in December. I used the remote to open the lift gate in cold weather (10-20 degrees) and the rear spoiler rides over the roof on one side and where it hits the roof I have the same damage.
