    2023 XLT, bought new January, 2023 and now has 26,200 without any issues. Regular oil changes every 5,000, synthetic blend. Many trips to Tennessee and a trip to the Upper Peninsula, Michigan last summer. I love it! Samantha

    I've only had a few instances to need a body shop, but I've always used the Ford dealer with excellent results. I do it for several reasons - they use Ford parts, return it to factory specs, and do good work. Samantha

    Not only is the bracket pushed in, but it's not perpendicular to the door frame - it's bent down. That will make a difference in the door alignment. Was it a Ford dealer or a private body shop? Samantha

    RockAuto lists two different Motorcraft radiator P/N's for 2023 - a standard duty and a heavy duty that is with the heavy duty towing package (a $55 increase from the standard radiator). Samantha

    I can't give any delivery/wait time information, but last year I ordered a 2023 XLT with the same packages and for the same reason - I didn't want the sunroof. Those packages make for a nice vehicle with lots of good features - we love ours (22,000 miles on it)! I hope you get the same...
