I tried everything and there was just no way to get something into the seem without taking everything apart and doing some modification to the parts. So, I just drilled some 1/4” holes, threaded them and screwed in some 1/4x2” SS bolts and walaaa, the noises are gone. We will see how long they...- fallcreek

I have a 2024 (not Max) XLT with factory roof parallel roof rack. I installed the Rhino Rack kit that uses the factory holes to mount cross bars.
