Expy 2003 - No heat - Just replaced thermostat
Expy 2003 288k - no heat, good ac, strong power of the blower - just cold as hell, and I just replaced the thermostat. Could this be the heater control valve? Rear Blend Door Actuator Shaft Type
I have a 2003 Expy 5.4 2WD. The rear blend door is clicking, and when I went to purchase a new one, there seemed to be two types of shafts. A "D" shaped shaft and a star-shaped shaft. Why do i keep getting lukewarm air
I’ve about had it with this. Have changed my thermostat, coolant is good, purged the system everytime now and unclogged my heater core 2 weeks ago. Was working perfectly fine for about a week before it went bad again. If I accelerate heavy it does heat back up but then goes lukewarm. Is it...- king01

Fuel pump
So over the last couple of days I have just finished installing a new fuel pump. Now as soon as I connect everything back up how it should be, the fuel gage says empty. Even the "miles to E" is 0.
