Rear Blend Door Actuator Shaft Type
I have a 2003 Expy 5.4 2WD. The rear blend door is clicking, and when I went to purchase a new one, there seemed to be two types of shafts. A "D" shaped shaft and a star-shaped shaft. Drivers side AC cold passenger side hot
I have a 2010 limited with an AC issue. When you turn on the truck I hear a clicking noise that clicks about 15 times. The AC works great on drivers side but passenger side does not. Blend door actuator plastic rod broken inside the hole
When I was trying to replace my blend door actuator the other day I accidentally broke the rod part that goes in the hole to turn it from heat to ac.
