Hard Downshift in Tow/Haul Mode 5th - 4th Gear

2016 Expedition EL Limited 205,000 Miles Last summer I didn't have any issues with a hard downshift and loud clunk from 5th to 4th Gear while towing a trailer in tow/haul mode. I did replace do the 6R80 lead frame on the expedition last fall, and towed a trailer afterwards and I didn't notice...
