‘99 Expedition No Heat - HELP!!

I have a 1999 Expedition Eddie Bauer 5.4 motor and has no heat. It just blows cold air. I replaced the thermostat with a new one, flushed the heater core, both hoses coming from the heater core are hot, I went ahead and took apart the center console to access the blend door actuator. I pulled it out but left it plugged in and I changed the temp from hot to cold back and forth a few times and the blend door turned back and forth which tells me that it’s fine. Coolant level is good and the temperature gauge reads normal. I’m at a complete loss as for what else it could be. Does anyone have any ideas or know something I have clearly missed? Thank you!

1998 5.4 l have the same problem. I would like to know how hot the hoses get on a good working system. Blend door works fine, fresh air vent behind glove box at top right of firewall works, new Motorcraft 194 thermostat, temperature, of heater hoses is 106 and 112, top radiator hose 154, lower hose 95. I have cardboard in front of the radiator and still NO heat at all !
