'04 Rear window help

Can someone please tell me the name of the part with the arrow pointing to it ? The darned thing is about 1/4 in offset from where it should be and I'm not sure how to get it back to where it needs to be so the rear glass will actually latch and I can use the whole lift gate. It's on an '04 Expy . I have searched Ford parts Rock auto, and the video I grabbed this screen shot from is so far the only image if what I need to fix that I can find online. Thank you

It's all part of the rear wiper motor assembly. If the wiper motor fails to reach the park position it can also run your battery down. The wiper arm pin that goes in that little slot is spring loaded, and it should compress and allow you to close the window even if the wiper motor is not aligned. Feel that pin and see if it compresses?
