So what was the issue?

I was unable to remove the antisiphon valve as it is part of the composite tank.I've Tried all the other suggestions including the ones I've already done. Simply put, it appears I will have to swap out the tank. Will let you guys know once I've done this. Thanks

UPDATE ! Turns out it was the anti siphon valve after all ! Thanks guys for your help !!
