Coils will cause a bucking sensation, from rereading your earlier post, its sounding more like the dreaded clogged cat or 2. Swapping out plugs and coils is too much work. Have an exaust shop pull your front 2, o2 sensors and take a back pressure reading. The other thing would be a bad valve, but a modern scanner should detect that.
