12v lighter plug

I have a 2021 expedition. Can anyone tell me how to make the plug power on and off with vehicle? my Ram I just had to switch fuse to new slot but this one is always one. use it for radar detector and want it off with vehicle.

Pop it out an connect a rocker switch to the ground

Or... install your detector properly off an accessory power tap

Hardwire your Radar Detectors power to a switched fuse panel. Use a "add a circuit" fuse tap. I did this for my Dash Camera and You can't see the wiring and it comes on/off with the car.
