I have a 2001 Expedition and want to upgrade the stereo. I would like a touch screen but don't really want to cut up the sub-dash to make it fit. The option I am looking at is the flip-up screen single din stereo. Does anyone know if they fit this model or does anyone have one installed? I can't seem to find any info online. Thanks for any and all help.
