2003 5.4 V8 PCM Programming using Forscan.

2003 5.4 V8 PCM Programming using Forscan. Can anyone help out if we can program an ebay sourced PCM using Forscan? My vehicle won't start and Forscan is saying its the PCM. I got a used pcm but since the vehicle is in the province, there's almost no one who can reprogram. Can this be done via Forscan? Thanks.

Does Forscan have replace a programmable module section like IDS does?

FORScan will allow some modules to be programmed. At one point I had some of the AsBuilt files. I have had better luck on my 2004 Expedition and with my Harbor Freight sourced Zurich Pro scanner though.
