2003 Expy, what other rims fit

I have a 2003 XLT, the salt has done a number to the rims and I would like to look for a good set of takeoffs, can anyone tell me what other year Expy and F150 rims would fit on my 03? thanks all

Any year expy 2003 & up, not sure if 2002 and below are 5 or 6 lugs
The same for F150 wheels HOWEVER with F150 wheels you won't be able to put the center cap on the rear wheels unless you shorten (cut) the axle bolt on your expedition
