2004 Ford Expedition Clicking after a few starts than we get no start

We have checked the starter wires and many grounds cleaned them up and all but it still keeps doing the same thing. Every couple times we will have to jump it with the jump box. I was thinking maybe the battery just cant hold a charge but im not sure it tested good and so did the alternator. Thoughts on what i should try next?

It starts ok when you use the "jump box" ? Try a different battery.

As stated, if it starts okay with a jump box, then it has to be either your battery, or the connections to your battery. Autozone will check the battery for free..
