2004 Ford Expedition limp mode

SUV is in limp mode. My husband changed the O2 sensors and fuel pump and it ran worse. We took it to the mechanic and it pulled these codes.
P1760
P0740
B2266
P0758

It actually pulled a bunch more but they went into detail with these codes. He thinks it may be the wiring harness? But they also mentioned we need a new tranny. Has anyone had experience with this? Is it even worth fixing?

Probably new transmission time. How many miles on this Expy ? Those are all codes you get when the tranny is failing.

There is 180k. We took it to a transmission shop and they looked it over and he said it's more of an electrical problem. It reverses good. And it never slipped before.
