2006 4WD Hi/Lo not engaging

Have a 2006 Expedition XLT. Randomly stopped going into both 4 hi and lo. AWD still works, 4wd indicator lights don't come on in instrument panel when switched on. Bulbs are good. Fuze 115 is good. Disconnected battery for 5 minutes, no change. Also noticed both front window switches have to be pressed many times to go up, down works fine (probably not related but it started happening same time as 4wd not working). Any idea what to try next? Thank you.
