Hey there - my Expedition got a broken IC - No fuel shown anymore - and you can See that there was somehow to much Power on PIN16 fuellevel - so that the tracks on the circuit Board are fried... PIN90 of the Professor also hast a short circuit - so i think a track repair + new Professor wouldnt Work - because of the Ford ROM/RAM parts inside this CPU. What did i do - i bought a same Version used Cluster and flashed IT with the AsBuilt Data from my car - after that i had No Errors of wrong VIN anymore - only the Pats of the Keys need a reprogramming.
since i only got one Key - i ordered 4 (also for my Mustang + F150) and will give an Update If the Cluster swap worked at the end. But since the VIN ist clean coded i dont think there should be any other big Deal...
including a much more lower millage ;-)
