2007 ford expedition

I have a 2007 expedition. When I start the car I have a clicking sound in fear where the heater motor is on left rear. It sounds like a relay clicking. It goes away after about 1 minute. Then comes back randomly. What could that be. Looked for rear blower fuse but could not find one. Not much room to work so I can't see anything obvious.
