Hey all, just thought I'd post this fix if you have a nav disc error like I recently had.
Radio would not read disc, tried the latest updated disc, still no joy.
Maybe this will work for you.
1. Removed nav disc via the menu.
2. Connected pc with forscan and reset the audio module in the operations menu. Waited for operation to complete.
3. Cleared DTC code for nav disc invalid.
4. Disconnected forscan, turned key off and opened door to shut off radio.
5. Turned key to on, went into radio menu and installed old disc
6. Radio installed nav disc and afterwards operated normally.
