2009 Expedition Front Bumper removal

Does anyone have or know where to find step-by-step instructions for removing the lower front bumper on a 2009 Expedition? Hit a deer and cracked mine. Need to see if I can repair it. Thanks in advance.

Woo..! So, no one have the knowledge on how to do this.? Because I need some information as well. At least, the EASY way to free the clips all around the bumper. I can free the bumper just cutting the tip of the clips but, I want to keep the bumper and reuse it. Thanks, jv.
