2010 Ford Expedition EL Limited Power Running Board Link, the long extension bar that links both front and rear running board brackets on this model.
There are two pins that connect this extension bar to front and rear brackets and these pins relate to my question.
On this model year it seems these pins are RIVOTS? I researched another on-line video where a T30 would remove pin yet that does not seem to apply here.

I want to confirm if possible if this is actually a rivot, as I have not been able to identify any tool Hex, Torx that fits?

If it is a Rivot, then I must find a replacement pin as rear bracket is going to be replaced?

Thoughts and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

PA, but I'm NOT really here...where you is ?
Prior to replacing the motors & rods on my 011 EL, I watched several videos on this and they all showed either a Hex or Torx bolt/screw... perhaps someone replaced then with rivets for some reason prior to you owning the vehicle ?

If it did come from the factory with a Rivet, then yes, you would need a replacement pin...
