2011 frt. passenger heated seat problem

Have read other posts about heated seat problems. Checked the module for ground wire connection being burnt. No sign of any burning on connector or module. Brushed small amount of dielectric grease on pins before reconnecting module. When passenger switch in operated, it goes off in seconds. Driver's side ok. Module 9U5T-14B663-AA

It is probably an issue with the heater module internally....maybe corroded?

Have the same issue with passenger seat. Cool works fine. press the heat and it goes off after 30 seconds and then both cool nor heat will engage. Replaced the module and same issue. Anyone have suggestions ?

I would check the wiring and pigtails that go to the module, check the wiring .
Maybe corrosion.....water got under the seat....burned wires.

In the manual, search for the fuse for the pass. heated seat module.....see if it powers anything else.
If the part in conjunction also isn't working.....most likely a wiring issue.
