Mmmmhmmm. Just wait. Every I reply to this thread or the other one, I get labeled. It'll happen again. LOL

The writing is on the wall, so to speak. When I was looking at suspension stuff, tires, and even reading about engine issues, I saw some of your posts before I'd even joined. There is no way anything you say, and technical advice you give is to be taken seriously. You are quite literally the definition of keyboard commando. But please, do go on and call me a name again. Further prove my point.

Just have to love these Triton engines. So, it sounds as though you have a timing chain issue. I had a rattle noise at cold starts. Purchased a timing chain kit and changed my cam phasers, timing chain, guides and tensioners. After examining the removed parts, one can clearly see my tensioners were worn. Also, one of my cam phasers had a defective locking pin. Of if had not made immediate repairs I could have had the same damage in your pictures. There are plenty of youtube vids on this topic. The best to checkout is FORD Makeuloco. Also, proper oil pressure is crucial. If your oil pump is defective or will prevent your cam phasers from operating properly.

This is why it's good to have a real oil pressure gauge......not that hard to put in.
