2013 F-150 Slide on mirrors fit 2013 Expedition?

Just acquired a 2013 Expedition EL King Ranch and will be towing a camper this summer. Has anyone tried using the F-150 slip on Tow mirrors on a 2013 Expedition King Ranch? Example: https://www.etrailer.com/Towing-Mirrors/Ford/F-150/2013/CM11800.html?VehicleID=20134025021

I swapped out the mirrors on my older 2003 Expedition with F-150 trail ridge towing mirrors before and was hoping to avoid a complete swap out this time.

The eTrailer link says they won't fit a 2013 Expedition (which I have). I bought a set of Milenco clamp ons, but they don't add much beyond the factory mirrors.
