2013 horn issue

2013 expy horn won't work. Will work with key fob panic button. Replaced clock spring. Fuse is ok.Can't find a relay. Any suggestions? Thanks

Can anyone tell me if a 2013 Expedition has a horn relay in the power distribution box?

The horn relay is a non-serviceable circuit integrated into the GEM/SJB. If the horn operates with your fob then it would be reasonable to conclude that the relay is functioning. Check the 2-wire horn switch connector just below the center of the steering wheel. Pin-1 should provide battery voltage and pin-2 should be grounded. If either is not present, then you know what direction to trace. Both connect via the clockspring, which you've already changed.

Thanks, Is this the plug that plugs into back side of air bag pad ? I have no power to either side. This thing worked for a while yesterday. Then quit when i moved tilt steering wheel. so i'am pretty sure problem is right there.

I have looked for a wiring diagram for this on line and haven't found anything useful
